Pixminds is looking to disrupts the way people think about the gaming mice they use for Esports with their brand new Lexip mouse. Introducing the very first mouse built for gaming that has 2 separate joysticks, making the user have unprecedented levels of control. With a kickstarter aimed at getting $31,000, Pixminds have surpassed their initial goal and soared about $200,000 already.
The two joysticks work as follows. One of them is located on the left side of the mouse, where your thumb would normally rest (assuming you're right handed). This joystick will allow users to scan the minimap in certain games, peak over their shoulders, and a myriad of other very useful abilities without having to use the traditional methods of doing so. The other joystick is hidden inside the mouse and lets the user tilt the outside frame with their palm. The Lexip's unique system of joysticks will add another level of control to the Esports mice industry, and we're excited to see exactly what functions will work best, in what games.
The mouse is set for a release date in June and is expected to retail roughly $120 USD. We'll be sure to keep you updated with any news about the Lexip gaming mouse.
